Bright-colour Resin Road is a new pavement beautification technology, which can make the traditional black asphalt concrete and gray cement concrete pavement, through the color construction, the pavement color can be pleasing to the eye, and it has a non-slip effect.

1.Where to use

2.Technical characteristics

1) The road surface is very safe and reliable which can disperse the water quickly and reduce to splash the water. It has high antiskid performance and can shorten the braking distance.

2) The road surface can be laid fast. It can reduce the project costs and traffic delays caused by construction.

3)The thickness is about 3-5 mm and it's very light. The street facilities don't need to be adjusted and the drainage system does not be affected.

4) The road surface can beautify the environment and reduce the noise. It can also be traffic warning.

3. Application procedure

1) Foundation treatment

1. Check whether the ground foundation is solid, smooth, clean;

2. The comprehensive cleaning and polishing on the ground.The ground has defects such as cracks, pits, or holes repair first, then clean grinding, rough, clean, smooth surface construction.

3. Clear the greasy dirt or stains of road surface,.We can use proper cleaner to remove when cleaning, but must rinse clean with water.

4. Clean up the road dust and obstacles, if necessary, can use the fan blow.

5. Construction site should take appropriate protective measures to avoid completed road surface contamination.

2) Bottom coating construction

1.objective: guarantee the adhesion strength of the ground.

2.Materials:HOKN seal coat

3.Construction tools: roller, mixer, etc

4.Construction methods: Mixing HOKN seal coat fully. Paint on the surface evenly for 2-3 times. Under normal temperature (25 ℃good ventilation),it can be about 2 ~ 4 hours after construction of next working procedure.

3) Coloured aggregate construction

1.objective: meet the use requirement, form the slide effect.

2. Materials: HOKN green resin, colorful aggregate

3. construction tools: sawtooth trowel, blender, etc

4. construction methods:

1) the professional person is in charge of proportion

2) before adding B to A, using blender mixing A component for 30 seconds, and then pour B in A, stiring for 1 to 2 mins until mixture mixs completely

3) paving the mixture on the surface quickly, immediately scrape to evenness with scraper to the greenway resin (paving quickly and correctly as far as possible), the coverage is:2 KG / ㎡;

4) jittering the coloured aggregate, sprinkleing on the greenway resin, usage: 4 kg / ㎡;

5)material recycling: confirming the resin has cured. Take the aggregate back which does not bond with resin.They can be used again.

4) Surface construction

1objective: protecting roads and prolonging the service life

2.materials: HOKN finish coating painting

3.construction tool: roller, airless spraying machine, mixer, etc

4.construction methods:

1) the professional person is in charge of proportion.

2) before adding B to A, using blender mixing A component for 30 seconds, and then pour B in A, stiring for 5 mins until mixture mixs completely (0.3 KG / ㎡);

3) couting the mixture with roller in color aggregate, the road can be used after a week.
